Run analysis
Powerful tools for analysing run data with a wide range of data fields. Power data is used for calculating data fields (where relevant) for much more accurate results than traditional training software. e.g. If we know how many watts of power you have produced we can calculate how many kJ of work you have done and therefore how many calories you have burnt. A power meter is not required. If running without a power meter, power data is calculated automatically behind the scenes.

The analysis page is fully customisable. You can choose which data fields are most important to you.

Race time calculator / playground
Advanced race time calculator based on power data. Most race time calculators use simple formulas: If you can run 10km in x minutes, then you can run a half marathon in y minutes. Using power data is not only more accurate but allows for different scenarios. e.g. If you live in Colorado at 2000m and are training for the NYC marathon at sea level, you can calculate you sea level marathon pace based on a 10km run at altitude.
Allows 'what if' scenarios, If I lost 2kg how would that affect my race time? What if I could improve my running economy? What affect would the wind have on my race pace?
